So, while we understand that it's a bit of an inconvenience, verifying cards up front helps us spend more time improving our product, and less time fighting off spammers.

We don't do automatic charges based on starting a trial. When the 14 days is over: nothing happens. It's completely up to you to decide whether you want to upgrade to a paid subscription or not.
